Warranty Information At Pampered Grape™, we stand behind every product we sell. Our Lifetime Warranty lets you put any of our products to the test. Pampered Grape™ warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the life of the product. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship Pampered Grape™ will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED Our warranty covers the original purchaser of a Pampered Grape™ product who has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase. WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY When the product is used in a manner other than the intended purpose, and does not apply to damaged caused by normal wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.
