Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. A confirmation email with shipping and order information will be sent to the email address on the order.

Pampered Grape™ is strictly a manufacturer and wholesaler of fine wine and bar accessories, therefore we do not sell directly to the public. To find an authorized retailer near you, click here.

How to Order
  • Online - Authorized retailers can order directly from our website by logging into the Authorized Retailer section of the website using their username and password provided to them. To become an Pampered Grape™ Authorized Retailer please fill out our registration form.
  • Ordering by Phone - Call 610-438-8233, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, to speak one-on-one with a Customer Service professional.
  • Ordering by Fax - Please fax all order forms to 610.252.7190, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
  • Order by Email - Orders can emailed here.

Order Tracking
Online order tracking is available for orders placed through the website, phone, email or fax. Orders are available for review 24 hours after they are placed.
